Ted Kim is a senior life sciences investment banker and strategic advisor with extensive experience in cross-border transactions between Asia (Korea) and the U.S./Europe. He advises biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical technology companies across the full transaction lifecycle, including strategic licensing, M&A, and capital raising transactions.

He has over 6 years of experience in life sciences transactional execution, encompassing capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic licensing transactions. In addition, Ted brings over 7 years of global investment banking and institutional equity sales experience, with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.

Ted has advised on a broad range of capital markets and alternative financing strategies, including pre-IPO pilot fishing, IPO roadshows, accelerated bookbuilding transactions, and non-deal corporate roadshows, as well as equity derivatives and structured financing solutions. His background enables him to support clients on both strategic positioning and execution across public and private markets.

Ted received a B.A. program in Economics from the University of Chicago.
